Reframing the Prophetic wants to see each local church around the world maturing into the fullness of the biblical purpose and function of the prophetic.

Why The Prophetic Matters

The prophetic voice has always been central to God's work, announcing the Messiah, preparing hearts for the gospel, and aligning God's people with heaven's purposes. When healthy, it brings clarity, encouragement, conviction, and vision for what God is doing.

Despite its biblical significance, the prophetic has been tragically distorted across many contexts and cultures around the world. In the Middle East, Asia, and South Africa, we have seen the prophetic used to dominate and control, manipulate and abuse thousands of innocent people—creating anxiety rather than faith and leaving many wounded and disillusioned. Yet a new movement is rising: communities ready to recover the prophetic in healthy, grounded, biblically faithful ways. Pastors and leaders are asking how to cultivate prophetic gifts with maturity, discernment, and love. They are desperate for the prophetic we see in the scripture to mature within their local congregations.

This is why many are asking us to come, to coach, and to support their journey. They are asking us to help serve their church as they do the hard work of formation and discernment, to teach them how to hold the prophetic well, and to support the rebuilding of this vital gift on solid foundations. Reframing the Prophetic responds to this moment with the theological depth and practical tools the Church desperately needs.

These conversations are especially important right now as many are grappling with injustice, division, and disconnection. They offer a prophetic lens to see God’s heart for justice and invite us to respond with love, courage, and spiritual depth in a time that deeply needs it.
